30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

🔄 Eligible Returns:

  • You may return your unused, like-new product within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Original packaging and accessories must be included.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Opened hygiene-related accessories (seat cushions, etc.)


Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RA)

📧 Email Us:

  • Send your return request to lihealthy243@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Product name & reason for return

    • Photos (if damaged/defective)

 RA Processing Time:

  • We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Step 2: Ship Your Return

📦 Packaging Requirements:

  • Use the original box with all protective materials.

  • For lithium batteries: Power off & secure in original packaging.

🚚 Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend insured tracking (UPS/FedEx).

Step 3: Inspection & Refund

🔍 Inspection:

  • Returns are checked for damage/missing parts.

  • Restocking fees (5-40%) may apply if packaging is opened or missing parts.

💵 Refund Issued Within 7 Days

  • Refund method: Original payment (minus fees).


Damaged/Incorrect Items?

 Inspect Immediately Upon Delivery:

  • If damaged, refuse delivery and contact us at lihealthy243@gmail.com.

  • If wrong item shipped, email us within 3 days for a free replacement.

  • Must be fully discharged & securely packaged (safety requirement).
