Shipping Time & Processing

  • Orders are accepted 24/7 and processed in the order they are received.

  • Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

🚚 Delivery Time (Contiguous U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Available for select products): 2-3 business days (additional fee applies)


Shipping Costs & Methods

🆓 Free Standard Shipping:

  • Applies to all orders (excluding replacement parts) within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

💵 Handling Fees:

  • A small handling fee may apply for lightweight items (e.g., wheelchair cushions). The exact fee will be displayed at checkout.

📞 Phone Number Required:

  • For smooth delivery, we require a valid phone number at checkout. Most shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers, which need contact details for delivery coordination.


Shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii & Canada

🌎 Additional Shipping Fees Apply:

  • Orders shipped to PR, AK, HI, or Canada will incur extra charges based on weight and destination.

  • You will receive a custom shipping quote via email or phone before finalizing your order.


Billing & Address Verification

🔒 Secure Shipping Policy:

  • We only ship to:
    ✅ The billing address on file with your payment method.
    ✅ A verified alternate shipping address (requires manual approval).

⚠️ If Billing & Shipping Addresses Differ:

  • Your order will be placed on hold for verification.

  • We may request ID verification (e.g., driver’s license copy) via email for fraud protection.


Restricted Shipping Addresses

📭 No PO Boxes or Military (APO/FPO) Shipping:

  • Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver to:
    ❌ PO Boxes
    ❌ Military APO/FPO addresses


Expected Delivery & Receiving Your Order

📅 Standard Shipping (Free):

  • Delivered in 3-7 business days (contiguous U.S.).

  • Most shipments are curbside/driveway delivery (no inside placement unless specified).
